Refund Policy – Sehat Card
Generally, Sehat Card fees are non-refundable, as services linked to the card are activated immediately upon issuance.
However, refund requests may be considered under the following special circumstances:
✅ Refund May Be Considered If:
The refund request is submitted within 7 (seven) days from the date of card issuance
No benefit or service associated with the Sehat Card has been used
A technical or administrative error is identified in the application process
👉 In such cases, a partial refund may be issued after deducting applicable processing and administrative charges.
⛔ Refund Will Not Be Provided If:
The Sehat Card has been used in any manner
Hospital connectivity, EMI facilitation, or helpline support has been availed
The card was obtained by providing incorrect or false information
The card is lost, damaged, or misused
