Refund Policy – Sehat Card

Generally, Sehat Card fees are non-refundable, as services linked to the card are activated immediately upon issuance.

However, refund requests may be considered under the following special circumstances:

✅ Refund May Be Considered If:

  • The refund request is submitted within 7 (seven) days from the date of card issuance

  • No benefit or service associated with the Sehat Card has been used

  • A technical or administrative error is identified in the application process

👉 In such cases, a partial refund may be issued after deducting applicable processing and administrative charges.


⛔ Refund Will Not Be Provided If:

  • The Sehat Card has been used in any manner

  • Hospital connectivity, EMI facilitation, or helpline support has been availed

  • The card was obtained by providing incorrect or false information

  • The card is lost, damaged, or misused
